EVENT AND RACE INFORMATION
Course loop is approximately 600m with one short, steep ascent and one long, gradual descent per lap.
Terrain is rooted trails and gravel.

Grades 4-5 complete 2 loops.

Grades 6-7 complete 3 loops.

Athletes count their own loops! If they miscount and do extra - yay! More endurance ;)-
Attached is a file with MAP, SCHEDULE and DISTANCES.

These events are "short and sweet"; usually we are done clean up by 4:20pm.

Practices will be Monday and Wednesday morning at 8:10am. Please meet at the front of the school. We will do runs around the school and neighbourhood.
Cross Country is for Intermediate students in Grades 4-7.
